I worked in specialty coffee for 3+ years while in school in Utah and working as Marketing Strategist at Valley Behavioral Health. I'm very familiar with both automatic and manual espresso machines. People are passionate and particular about their morning beverages, and that enthusiasm is contagious! I loved forming friendships with our customers while making their coffee just the way they like it.
Creating a personalized relationship with each customer not only increased our customer satisfaction and retention, but allowed me to sharpen my client relations skills at my marketing position.
I collaborated with our social media team to showcase our specialty beverages through high quality social content (latte art included). I also worked several local coffee events, including the Provo City Airport opening.
I am a self-proclaimed coffee snob, however, these days, I'll never turn my nose up at a deli drip coffee (no cream or sugar, though, thank you)!
